Constance Simpson Myslik-McFadden, MSS, LCSW, is a graduate of St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing, the Bryn Mawr School of Social Work, the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, which teaches hands-on spiritual healing directly through the human energy field, and Society of Souls ©, a program in kabbalistic healing taught by Jason Shulman, internationally renowned spiritual healer. She has had extensive post-graduate training, supervision, and experience in Jungian-oriented psychotherapy, as well as nine years of personal Jungian analysis. She maintained a private practice for many years in Princeton, New Jersey, where she specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and early childhood trauma, before moving to Bozeman, Montana in the mid-nineties.
Connie now has an integrated practice as a therapist and healer, working with individuals, couples, and groups. With a colleague, she created and led a year-long program of personal healing and energy awareness, "Awakening the Healer Within", for two years. In the summer of 2003 Connie led the first two "Gathering the Soul ... on Horseback" trips into Yellowstone Park, combining her love of horses and wilderness with transformational practices such as meditation, dreamwork, journaling, journeying, and ceremony. Her book, Gathering the Soul, a true story of spiritual healing, is available at the Country Bookshelf in Bozeman and from Xlibris.com, amazon.com, and barnesandnoble.com.
