• Ask for a dream.
• If a dream wakes you, stay in bed and write the dream in the present tense, in as much detail as possible.
• The next day, write your associations to people, places, and things that are in your dream.
• Tell someone your dream.
• You will have an “AHA” when the truth of the dream is revealed.
